1. Basic laboratory
The size is determined according to the workload, and the general area is controlled at 30-50㎡. A special washing water tank is set on one side of the laboratory to wash glassware. The central laboratory bench should also be equipped with 2 sinks for cleaning small glassware. If the workload is heavy, you can purchase a bottle washer. Prepare 1-2 washing liquid tanks, especially for washing glassware with high cleanliness requirements. In addition, a downspout, drying box, cabinet, ultrasonic cleaner, etc. should be provided. The floor should be moisture resistant and well drained.
1.2 Medium preparation room
The area is about 60 square meters. The main equipments are: refrigerators, balances, microwave ovens, pH meters, medium dispensers, medicine cabinets, equipment cabinets, suction pumps, electric furnaces, various specifications of culture bottles, culture dishes, and mobile Liquid tube, beaker, measuring cylinder, volumetric flask, storage bottle, etc. The refrigerator is suitable for a volume of 180-200L. It is used to store precious liquids such as mother liquor of the culture medium, hormone vitamins, color film, and preserve plant materials. The balance should have a different sense.
1.3 Disinfection room
Equipped with experimental bench, autoclave, exhaust air extinguishing equipment, bacterial filtering equipment, dry heat disinfection cabinet, electric stove, etc. The selection of sterilizers should choose different types of sterilizers according to different requirements. General laboratories can use small medical portable autoclaves, and larger laboratories can use vertical autoclaves that automatically control pressure and temperature. Large horizontal sterilizers can be used in production laboratories.
If there are no conditions, the above workshops can be combined into a preparation room. The requirements are that the installation and arrangement of equipment should be reasonable, the rooms should be spacious, bright and airy, and the floor should be easy to clean and non-slip.
1.4 Aseptic operation room
Aseptic operation room is mainly used for inoculation of experimental materials, so it is also called inoculation room. It usually consists of two rooms inside and outside, the outside is a buffer room, used for preparation, and has the effect of preventing pollution. The door of the buffer room should be staggered from the door of the vaccination room, and the two doors should not be opened at the same time to ensure that the sterile room is not brought in by bacteria due to the door opening and people entering and leaving.
The buffer room should be provided with a sink, an experimental table, a shoe hat rack, a cabinet, and an ultraviolet lamp. The interior wall of the aseptic operation room should be decorated with plastic steel plates or ceramic tiles. Before entering the operation room, workers should wear sterile work clothes and slippers. The room should be equipped with ultra-clean workbenches, UV lamps, dissection mirrors, and various inoculation instruments.
1.5 culture room
In order to control the temperature and light time and intensity of the cultivation room, the room of the cultivation room should not have windows, but a ventilation window should be left and an exhaust fan should be installed. The indoor temperature is controlled by the air conditioner, and the light is controlled by the fluorescent lamp. The ceiling and interior walls are easy to be decorated with plastic steel plates, and the floor is terrazzo or tiled. Generally, it is divided into two rooms, one is a light cultivation room and the other is a dark cultivation room. There should be a preparation room or corridor outside the training room.
The cultivation room should be equipped with a cultivation rack, a rotary bed, a shaker, a light incubator, a biochemical incubator, and an automatic timer. The fluorescent lamp is generally 40W, fixed on the side of the culture rack or under the shelf. There are two fluorescent lamps on each floor, the distance is 20cm, and the light intensity is 2000-3000lx.
2.1 Identification room
The function of the cytological identification room is to perform cytological identification and research on culture materials. It is required to be clean, bright and dry, so that various optical instruments are not contaminated by humidity and dust. Various microscopes and camera systems should be equipped. Biochemical analysis room In the laboratory whose main purpose is to cultivate cell products, a corresponding analysis laboratory should be established to facilitate the sampling and inspection of the active ingredients of the culture at any time. 2.2 The greenhouse is used for the training and transplantation of test-tube seedlings, and provides suitable environmental conditions for test-tube seedlings to meet their growth. Commonly used equipment are: greenhouses, misting devices, shade houses, transplant beds, bowls, pots, substrates, etc.
