1. Defects in the knowledge structure of designers

2. Problems in the return air system
In terms of pressure control, the design of the return air system is very important, especially the calculation of the return air outlet. To properly arrange the return air outlets, the comprehensive performance of the purification system should be fully considered. The return air system is set up not only to return the return air to the circulation unit, but also to participate in the control of the system pressure. The design of the exhaust system should focus on its rationality. To meet the requirements of the process, the selection of the exhaust location is very important. It is necessary to scientifically set the exhaust point and effectively reduce the exhaust air volume. Meeting the requirements for fresh air volume is mainly achieved by adding some exhaust air to the system; however, it cannot be generalized. When the leakage of buildings and ventilation systems is large enough, it is unnecessary to set exhaust air again. Have a detailed understanding.
4. Problems in the fresh air system
When calculating the fresh air volume, the leakage of the entire system cannot be ignored. The difference between the theoretical calculated value and the actual measured value is sometimes very different, which is related to all aspects of the project. Many projects now use a concentrated fresh air system. A new fan unit needs to supply several or even a dozen fresh air units. If each circulation system has an air volume selection error, the error of the new fan unit in air volume selection will be quite large. . In addition, some projects have a small size in the design of the fresh air outlet and the fresh air duct; some owners have limited the size of the openings in the building. In this way, remedial measures must be taken in the design, and no solution should be found when insufficient fresh air is found.
